Cultivate a calm, steady mind in this 4-week Ashtanga Yoga Intensive.
- This intensive is perfect for beginners who’d like to develop a daily yoga practice and be guided step by step in the Ashtanga Yoga method in a small group setting.
- The intensive includes three 75 minute classes each week that include discussions on philosophy, technique and practice of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga.
- Each individual will learn how to adjust the practice to suit their individual needs whilst working within the framework of the Ashtanga tradition.
